Visiting South Devon and the English Riviera is made easy by the close proximity of the end of the M5 motorway and it's connections to the M4/M6 and onwards. 

So you could be sunning yourself on the main Paignton Sands beach within just a few hours of leaving home. 

As you approach Torquay from the M5 you'll see signs for Paignton. Follow one of these and aim for the sea front. You can't go wrong really. The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE sits on a quiet side road just off the main Paignton seafront. Give us a call if you do need directions and we'll talk you in.

This ideal location means the beach is just 200 metres away, and visible from the front door, and a few upstairs bedrooms (Rooms 4, 8 and 9) if you crane your neck!

You really couldn't be better placed to take advantage of the beach, the attractions and the local nightlife!

Parking  There is limited car parking (2/3 spaces) available on a first come, first served basis at The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE.  Unrestricted, free, on-street parking is available between October and April. Between May and September parking is limited to 1 hour between 8am and 6pm and during these months we recommend the Victoria Multi-Storey Car Park at the top of Garfield Road, just round the corner, where necessary. The 24 hour charge is £7.00 and the overnight fee is a very reasonable £1.60 from 7pm to 10am. (Prices correct at time of writing.) However, you can park on the opposite side of the street outside overnight, between 5pm and 9am the following morning, without restriction or charge, between May and September. In 2011 The English Riviera gained Blue Flag status and Quality Coast Awards on 10 of the beaches along the 22 miles of English Riviera coastline. That includes the main Paignton beach which achieved the coveted Blue Flag and Quality Coastal Award. And remember, the beach is only two minutes away from The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE!
